We collect your provided personal data so we can consider and contact you in case of advertised vacancies or speculative applications. If your application is successful, these data may be further processed and used to establish and manage an employment relationship.
In our application portal, we process the personal data that you provide to us via input into the appropriately marked input fields within the application portal.  
Besides, you have the option of adding further electronically stored documents such as cover letter, photograph, certificates and CV to your application.
In the context of the application process, your personal data will be made available to the responsible internal bodies and specialist departments.
In addition, you represent that the information provided is correct and complete. In case of recruitment, incorrect information may result in rescission of the employment contract.

Data processing

Your data (documents and textual content) will be transmitted to the data centre of our service provider by way of contractual data processing pursuant to § 11 BDSG after you have completed the input forms.
The data processing takes place exclusively in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Data security

After entering your data, they will be sent directly to the server of our external service provider via an encrypted connection. All data are encrypted using the TLS method. Both Biologische Heilmittel Heel GmbH and the service provider use technical and organisational security measures to protect your collected data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons.
Our security measures are constantly being developed further in line with technological developments.

Storage and deletion of your application data

After completion of the application process, the storage period is 6 months, unless an employment contract is concluded.

Right to information

At any time you have the right to obtain, free of charge, information about the data stored about your person, their origin and recipients, as well as about the purpose of the storage. In addition, in accordance with the statutory provisions, you have the right to correction, blocking and deletion of these personal data.
